This headband is knit by Vickie. It is named after the lovable lady musk ox Phoenix, who in the spring of 2024 turned 22 years old! It features a reversible design with two different layers on either side:

A soft base layer of 100% qiviut in the natural color.

The pattern seen on the outer layer is made with two separate yarns knit together: A 50/50 qiviut and merino wool yarn knit together with the same 100% qiviut yarn.
The headbands stretch from approximately 19 to 25 inches in circumference to fit most, and about 4 inches wide with a 2 inch clinch in the back.
