Shipping Policies

We are a small nonprofit organization located in Alaska, and while we do everything we can to ensure your package arrives on time, we cannot guarantee specific timelines.

Orders are packaged and shipped Wednesday-Saturday during the winter months.

All United States orders are shipped with the United States Postal Service. Tracking numbers will be emailed once your order is packaged and USPS will update tracking within 24-48 hours of shipping.

Shipping within Alaska

Orders will ship with the United States Postal Service. Once your order ships it usually arrives within 2-5 business days.

Shipping outside of Alaska

At checkout you can select different shipping methods

“ground shipping” with delivery between 5-20 business days, on average.
“priority shipping” with delivery between 3-5 business days, on average.*These are just estimates and packages can take longer to arrive when shipping out of Alaska.*If you need expedited shipping please call us at 907-745-4151

Shipping internationally

If you are ordering from outside the United States please be aware that shipping times have increased.

If you are ordering qiviut or horn products, packages must be cleared by the United States Fish and Wildlife Service before we can ship your package. While your package should arrive within 20 business days of being shipped, the packages are also inspected by Customs and can delay arrival.

The Musk Ox Farm is not responsible for any duties or fees. All international orders are shipped with DHL or UPS and are dependent on their pickup windows.
